Angel Solutions is a educational technology company that produces software for local authorities and schools. I spent a week there, gaining experience with several different teams in different areas of the business.

I spent two days with QA, two days with the sales department, and one day with design. This meant I got to work with a wide range of software, teams, and individuals. I learned the basics of Adobe Illustrator for logo creation, Got stuck in to sales data in Excel, and contributed to QA - finding several bugs which was very satisfying.

Angel has a rather wonderful circus themed office, complete with ball pit and model train.

I was tasked with giving a presentation explaining one of the companies flagship products, Perspective, to employees who were unfamiliar with it because they were on other projects at the time (while I was stood in the ball pit).
